ACS Advisors was formed in the year 2011 as a Team of Professionals under the guidance of Mr. Akshat Garg. It commenced its operations from Delhi covering clients based in Delhi/ NCR and other parts of India. It is rendering specialized services in areas of Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR's), Corporate Governance issues, Legal drafting of Agreements, Corporate Restructuring, etc.

With the time, It has gradually increased its resources team and expanded the services relating to filing petitions with NCLT, Regional Directors, FEMA, IPR, Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, and other related services at affordable cost. Our services cover all the legal needs of businesses, such as incorporation, government registrations & filings, accounting, documentation and annual compliances.

Area of Specialization: CS Akshat Garg completed his Graduation from Meerut University and became a Fellow member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also did his Law from Meerut University. In the year 2011, he started his Sole Proprietorship concern to provide his excellence Corporate Advisory knowledge to various Corporate. He is renowned for his innovative thinking and professional approach. He has extensive more than 17 years’ experience and expertise in Corporate Law matters, preparation of Business Plans, Project Financing Activities, Legal Due Diligence, Shareholder’s Transaction Documents, Cross Border Transactions involving multiple countries and jurisdictions, Secretarial Compliances and Corporate Governance.

Area of Specialization: CS Sunil Sharma is a qualified Fellow member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Law Graduate from Delhi University and he has a rich experience of 17+ years working with domestic and international stakeholders ensures culturally sensitive, legally sound, and commercially viable solutions for complex, multi-jurisdictional assignments. 3. NAME: MR. RISHI MITTAL (SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER)

Area of Specialization: CA Rishi Mittal is a Graduate from Meerut University and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Also Qualified Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) exams. He is having over 16 years’ experience in Financing, Accounts Finalizations, Annual Financial Statements, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audits, Preparation of MIS, Project Reports of various concerns. All Statutory Compliance and Consultancy related to Service Tax, Excise, GST, Income tax and TDS, He provides regular consultancy in GST matters, Income Tax matters.

4. NAME: MS. RENU AGGARWAL (SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER)

Area of Specialization: CS Renu Aggarwal completed her Graduation from Delhi University and became a member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is a certified trainer on PoSH and a member of IC of various Establishments. She is having over 17 years’ experience to provide her excellence Corporate Advisory knowledge, Labour Law Compliances, Liasioning with Income Tax Departments etc. She has presented herself on behalf of her clients at various Government Authorities like Regional Director, ROC, NCLT, Income Tax etc. Apart from advising client on various strategic compliance issue she has also conducted secretarial and legal due diligences for various companies. She is a motivational speaker and conducted various training programs including Women Empowerment and Presiding Trustee of “Alive Humanity Foundation and is associate with various NGO’s”.

She has over 7 years of professional experience in the areas of finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and business advisory services. Her areas of expertise include statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, bank audits, preparation and analysis of MIS reports, and preparation of project reports for various organizations. She also provides consultancy and advisory services in relation to GST, Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, and Excise matters, including assistance with statutory compliances and related regulatory matters.
